Task - To consider the status of New York City's senior population  | To propose an architectural solution, to aid the senior population, sited at the Empire State Building

Focus - This entry felt that addressing the problem with a "single architectural solution" was naive.  Instead the proposal aimed to present the error in such thinking.  It strived to show the economic issues standing in the way of such a solution.  The animation was created post submission to comment on the possible social issues the solution would cause if it materialized.
